Wisdom Teeth

On July 6th I had to get my wisdom teeth removed, now I can finally talk about my experience.

The surgeons had to put a needle into me for the anesthesia so I would be asleep during the surgery. However, they tried to insert the needle into the back of my right hand first, which didn't work. The anesthesia was not flowing and so they tried again on my other hand. It also did not work. They poked me about three times on my left hand and twice on my right before they gave up and decided to just use the inside of my left elbow, which DID work.

About 10 seconds after they inserted it, I woke up, it felt like I had just time traveled. I didn't have any dreams of any memory of falling asleep.

I had bruises on the back of both hands (my left was worse than my right since they tried that hand more) and on the inside of my elbow. They went away after a week.

Then we arrived home, and i was still bleeding a bit but only for a few hours . I had to sleep with two pillows to keep my head raised above my body. I remember eating ice cream and yogurt. I also watched Ninjago. Every day I had to take two pills: one painkiller and one antibiotic. After 10 days I didn't need to take them anymore.

Now I just have two holes in the back of my mouth that are slowly closing up. The only issue is I have to swish my mouth with water in case food gets stuck, but at least now I'm able to eat normal food again (I COULDN'T EAT GRILLED CHEESE FOR A WEEK BECAUSE OF MY TEETH )

The only strange thing is that I got my wisdom teeth removed at an earlier age, usually it's older teenagers/young adults. But it's fine because my whole life I've had so much with my teeth (I've had a pallate expander with rubber bands, headgear, maybe around 4 retainers, braces for top and bottom teeth, invisalign, and now my wisdom teeth are gone!)

New & Improved Blog

After learning how to create bento grid layouts, I decided to begin remaking all pages of my website to make it look nicer on mobile, and to make it look less boring. I've been improving my css skills more and more

This will replace my "diary" page. RIP old diary page (September 14, 2025 - July 27, 2026). There was actually barely anything written in my diary, it was more like a microblog.

Here, in case you want an image of what it used to look like:

Almost all of the entries were a sentance long so I don't feel bad at all for deleting this
